These benefits are for full time employees
3 weeks PTO
• After your first year with the company you'll begin to accrue 2 weeks of PTO. After your second year you will begin to accrue 3 weeks.
• Didn't use all your PTO? Cash it out every year or store it up, the choice is yours.

We provide health care from Anthem
• We pay $400/mo. towards any of the health plans you choose
• If you want a super premium, low deductible, healthcare plan it'll only cost you about $125/mo. |
$17.50/hour starting wage
• All employees regardless of position start with at least $17.50/hour.
• The store manager starts at $24/hour. |
Bonus incentives
• All staff who have been with the company more than 12 consecutive months receive an annual bonus based on gross sales performance of the stores (bonuses are given out at the end of December).
